Columbia Chapter Presents Chief Scott with PBA Jacket

On January 9, 2011, PBA member Chief Randy Scott received a PBA jacket from the Columbia Chapter of the South Carolina PBA at their chapter meeting. The chapter wanted to show Chief Scott their appreciation for all that he has done for the Columbia Police Department and the members of the PBA.
