Legislative Report 2005-2006

The South Carolina Police Benevolent Association's Legislative agenda is in various stages of the political process as the South Carolina 's General Assembly begins it's two year session in January 2005. The South Carolina Police Benevolent Association's Division Board has set the following legislative priorities.
 
1. South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Standard Discipline Act.  
2. South Carolina Police Officers Retirement Systems update
3. Statewide application of the 1964 Civil Service Act.
